The Arizona Kidney Foundation mission is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation.

Arizona Science Center
The mission of the Arizona Science Center is to inspire, educate, and entertain people about science.

The Center focuses on sciences as experienced and applied by people in Arizona. It explores the physical science that underlies living in the desert; it addresses research and technology in subjects in which Arizonans specialize, such as human biology. It connects schools and youth-serving organizations to Arizona workplaces so that youth may identify with a productive future.

Barrow Neurological Institute/Center of Excellence for Multiple Sclerosis
Barrow Neurological Institute is an internationally renowned medical center that offers care for people with brain and spine diseases, disorders and injuries. Dr. Robert Spetzler, one of the world's leading neurosurgeons, is the director of the institute.

Barrow's mission is to improve patient care and advance neuroscience knowledge. To fulfill this mission, Barrow focuses on excellence in patient care, medical education and research.

Body Positive
Body Positive, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, was created by and for people infected and affected by HIV. We provide the community with the knowledge, resources and collective strength necessary for individuals to live long and well with HIV and to prevent the spread of the disease.

Crisis Nursery Center

Crohn's and Colitis Foundation
To cure and prevent Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis through research, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases through education and support.

CCFA sponsors basic and clinical research of the highest quality. The foundation also offers a wide range of educational programs for patients and health-care professionals, and provides supportive services to help people cope with these chronic intestinal diseases. These programs are supported solely by contributions from the public.

Florence Crittenton Services of Arizona
Florence Crittenton is a non-profit 501C(3) organization that has served the state's youth and their families for more than a century. We provide services, education and community-based programs to help children and teens overcome the issues of abuse, neglect, teen pregnancy or mental health problems. Florence Crittenton is the intersection where youth, ages 12 to 21, discover the support of a caring community and the possibility of a bright new future.

Foundation For Fighting Blindness
The urgent mission of The Foundation Fighting Blindness is to drive the research that will provide preventions, treatments and cures for people affected by retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration, Usher Syndrome, and the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases.

Over 9 million Americans of every age and race suffer vision loss from these blinding diseases. The Foundation has funded thousands of research studies at hundreds of prominent institutions.

Fresh Start operates the first-of-its-kind women's resource center, Jewell McFarland Lewis Women's Resource Center, which offers employment resources, information and referral counseling, legal assistance, mentoring, services, a specialty library and weekly workshops to improve self-esteem.

HomeBase Youth Service
HomeBase Youth Services is a local, non-profit organization that was founded in 1991 to address the growing needs of at-risk and homeless youth 21 yrs. and younger in Arizona . This organization has designed a full continuum of life-saving programs to rebuild these youth's lives, so that they will have a chance to live a healthy and productive independent life.

Hospice of the Valley
Bringing comfort and dignity as life nears its end.

Services are palliative, based on the philosophy that every individual has the right to spend his or her remaining days in peace and with dignity. We focus specifically on comfort, dignity and pain control, responding to the symptoms, needs and goals of the patients and families. We are dedicated to helping the terminally ill live each day to the fullest throughout the dying process, and supporting them to be with their family and friends in a home setting if they wish.

The mission of the MAPRC is to provide excellence in treatment, research and education for patients and families affected by Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, regardless of ability to pay.

Phoenix Suns' Charities
The foundation was incorporated in 1989 with the mission to benefit organizations that assist the needs of children in Arizona. Due to the generosity of fans and sponsors, and underwriting by the team, Phoenix Suns Charities has experienced steady growth and now distributes more than half a million dollars annually to dozens of local charities. Since its inception, Phoenix Suns Charities and the Phoenix Suns have donated more than $4.5 million to worthy Arizona organizations.

The mission of Phoenix Theatre is to enrich the quality of life within our community by producing quality professional theatre; using local professional talent while simultaneously nurturing and developing emerging talent; creating education/outreach theatre programs, developing and presenting new plays and musicals, and supporting emerging performing arts organizations by providing affordable theatrical services and facilities.

Positive Impact
Our goal in the beginning is the same today, "to help families in crisis whose needs are greater than their resources".
